Sweet Miso Cheese Toast

Ingredients
sliced ciabatta bread
sliced Jarlsberg cheese
spoonful of miso paste
spoonful of mirin
spoonful of honey
pinch of cane sugar

Method
Mix the miso, honey and sugar in a bowl until it's smooth.
Spread the paste on the bread.
Top with cheese.
Toast it and serve.
